My name is Aleisha and I’m a public relations professional, currently working as an Associate PR Manager on the Social Impact team at Jennifer Bett Communications in NYC. I have been working in PR and marketing for tech, lifestyle, beauty and wellness, fashion, nonprofit organizations since 2018, but prior to that my career focus was in writing and journalism. I’m a graduate of Rutgers University - New Brunswick’s School of Communication and Information with a BA in Journalism & Media Studies and a minor in Cultural Anthropology.

Throughout my college years, I also worked various customer-facing jobs on the weekends. Combined, my experiences make me a versatile and motivated professional with the ability to build and captivate audiences with a story and provide a fresh perspective for brands and deliver a valuable client and customer experience through the execution of meaningful, impactful campaigns. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy catching up on TV shows, enjoying the company of friends, and working on advocating for the Filipino-American community and women’s rights. My side projects include going to concerts, writing about the latest in K-pop for Kpopconcerts.com and curating my Instagram thrift and craft store, HunaHuna.
